When the kids are away, the grownups come out to play at the Science Museum. Hosted on the last Wednesday of every month, Lates covers topical themes ranging from alcohol to climate change. This time it’s engineering that’s under the spotlight. Grab a drink at the bar, soak up the DJ sounds and then stroll around the museum’s three floors, taking in the fascinating exhibits. Learn, socialise, rinse, repeat. This event is free and entry is on a first come first served basis, so it can't be guaranteed.
