Following the end of communism in 1989, Czechoslovakia was a nation awash with change, opportunity and intrigue. This turbulent and exciting period was captured by director Pavel Koutecký and later Jan Šikl, who followed the lives of four men for a total of 20 years. Each of these figures played a key role in the transition to democracy and their story is a gripping one. Afterwards, there'll be a discussion about regime change and the way it impacts upon societies.
