Underpinning Sir Laurence Olivier’s Shakespeare films is a stirring score composed by Walton. City of London Sinfonia will be bringing these powerful compositions to life, from the betrayal of Richard III to the rousing Henry V. The latter king’s rousing speeches will be recited by Simon Russell Beale, just to add to the majesty of the occasion.
