Cortometrajes is the second in Shorts On Taps' Road Map series – a new series of screenings focusing on short films from around the world. This time around, the country going under the magnifying glass is Spain. Not only will you be able to watch the films, there'll also be a series of guest speakers and some of the directors themselves, on-hand to debate the representation of Spain not only in their own films but culture in general. The programme curated in collaboration with Shorts' partner Brit Es Magazine – a cultural hub dedicated to promoting Spanish culture in the UK and championing Spanish artists who have developed professionally and creatively in the UK. Arrive from 7pm to settle in, grab a drink and network with fellow film-lovers. The films start at 8pm and the evening ends around 10:30pm.
