They'll be screening a series of seven stunning works depicting, exploring and deciphering Europe and European culture through the wide-open eyes of its filmmaking talent. Neuropa is the sixth event of Road Map, Short's On Tap's series of screenings focusing on foreign culture. Held on the eve of the historic EU Referendum and possible Brexit, Shorts On Tap are exploring what this referendum means to the people of the UK and EU. Each show is complimented by healthy discussion, debate and commentary on the works, with directors and guest speakers providing input.
