Shuffle Festival is an annual event which aims to build a more integrated community presence through art, comedy, music, food and film. Taking place in the The Lodge Cinema, tonight’s film screening is the multi-award winning Hindi film from 2004, Swades. Swades tells the story of a successful Indian NASA engineer who returns to an Indian village after the death of his parents. On his journey to rediscover his roots he meets his childhood friend and nanny.
