Got a burning desire to take your hobby to the next level? Enter Side Hustle Sessions by Time Out and Samsung. Together, we’re curating three workshops by London-based entrepreneurs who have built thriving businesses from their passions. Not only will you pick up some exclusive intel into how to turn a hobby into a side-hustle, but you’ll also get to make something of your very own at Samsung KX, the brand’s futuristic hub at Coal Drops Yard in King’s Cross. At each workshop, you’ll get hands-on tutorials on the latest Samsung tech, learning how Samsung products could help you ‘Power the Possible’. 

At this session, sustainable fashion designer Carmen Christine will show you how to make a very on-trend ‘scrappy keyring’ using denim offcuts. The London-based designer is known for her colourful, vintage-inspired clothing and accessories – some of which she creates using upcycled fabric. She’ll pepper her workshop with useful tips on building your own small business and growing your online profile. And, because social media is so integral to growing your side-hustle, she’ll then take you through the process of creating your own shareable video documenting your making process, using the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6.

• Your ticket is valid for one entry to Side Hustle Sessions with Carmen Christine at Samsung KX on Tuesday, October 8 at 6.30-8.30pm.
• Please present your e-ticket on arrival. Ticket is only valid for selected time and date.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time as the event starts promptly at 6.30pm.
• Each ticket purchased includes entrance to the event.
• All necessary materials will be provided for the workshop.
• Samsung devices are loaned as part of the workshop and are allocated on a first come first served basis. Specific models provided may vary.
• Seating is unallocated. Once sold out additional tickets will not be available for purchase on the door. All tickets must be purchased online.
• Samsung KX are an access friendly venue – if you require any suitable adjustments please let a member of staff know upon arrival.
