Yoga Fitness London's summer glasshouse pop-up is nearly at an end, and to celebrate what a wonderful summer it's been they're holding a very special, sonic relaxation session. The yoga session will be held as usual, followed by a deep relaxation with genuine Nepalese singing bowls conducted by Dipesh, their very own Nepali sonic meditation master. Singing bowls not only sound beautiful but stimulate the alpha and theta brain wave frequencies associated with meditative, clear and peaceful states of mind. Bring your body and mind back into tune, and start you week with clarity and relaxation. Dress code: exercise clothing. Some mats will be provided, but please bring your own if you have one.
