For the biggest night in the Irish calendar, B+H have pulled out all the stops; preparing a very special five-course menu to mark the occasion. From the origins of Irish mythology, you'll trace the island nation's history though executive chef Adam Gray's food, paired with Bán Poitín, Redbreast Pot Still Irish whiskey and specially-made cocktails from the venue's in-house mixologists, before dancing the night away with their Irish band. Alternatively, if you're looking for a little "light refreshment," why not get on down to the early-evening whiskey tasting. Taking a trip down the winding lanes of Ireland's distilling heritage, the tasting will explore all of Ireland's best tipples.
