Chef Ben Spalding is proving himself to be a pretty big deal in the culinary world. He's known for his conceptual approach to cooking, offering to whip up a treat using just four seats, a mandolin, a blowtorch, a peeler and a knife. After cooking for festival go-ers at LA's Coachella, he's bringing this creativity to London with a mysterious nine-course tasting menu that'll take you across a world of flavours. It's a gastronomical adventure in which even the unique venue space is hidden from prying eyes. Our mouths are watering already. Please note that there is no alcohol sold on site. BYOB is charged at £10.
