Having cut his teeth in some of the best Michelin-starred kitchens for nearly 10 years, he's learnt a thing or two about flavours. His innovative pop-ups have been the talk of London town, and now he's setting up shop at The Laundry. This is all about an experimental, flavour-focused tasting menu that changes daily, so expect the unexpected. Please note, a 12.5% service charge and any beverages will be added onto the bill on the night.
