Super Cally Fragile Lipstick

Cally Beaton comes out about her double life in her hit 2017 Edinburgh show

Forty something years into a lifetime of looking great but feeling fake, Cally Beaton comes out about her double life in her hit 2017 Edinburgh show. Accomplished and insecure; perky yet prone to crying; sophisticated and so not. A woman who wears lipstick and a testosterone patch, Cally emerges from the birth canal of her very own personal Venn diagram to muse amusingly on how being Super and Fragile can be OK. And very, very funny, just in case you didn’t get that bit. She was recently listed in Chortle’s 2017 Comedians To Watch and has made the finalist rounds in numerous competitions, including Fresh Comedy Knights, Max Turner Prize, Bath Comedy Festival and Gotham Comedy New Talent, New York. Her radio and TV appearances include BBC Radio 4’s Museum of Comedy and BBC2’s QI. This event is recommended for ages 16+. Please arrive early as latecomers may not be accepted.
