Renowned chef Dan Doherty will be taking a break from his regular spot in the Duck + Waffle kitchen to cook up a storm at this secret Waterloo location. The theme is Supernature, taking a different element as a starting point and creating a feast of colour and flavour. This time around it's Flora (Fl), so expect eight courses using delectable British herbs and flowers, with wines and spirits matched too. Tasty.
