Newly opened restaurant Tapas 37 is inspired by authentic French cuisine topped by the sensational expertise of executive chef, Matt Laville, who trained with Gordon Ramsey and at the world famous restaurant Arzak in San Sebastián – arguably one of the top ten restaurants in the world. Arrive and be seated between 5pm and 7pm and take in the theatrical black chandeliers, beautiful open fireplace and ornate, wing-backed chairs which blend seamlessly with the striking monochrome décor. Inspired by the desire to share small French family dishes, sample Tapas 37's showcase of charming little recipes, small but explosive in flavour; petite in size yet delicious to the core.
