The Doctor's Orders: Camp Lo

Camp Lo come to London to perform a special show at Hoxton Square

Camp Lo come to London to perform (shockingly, for only the second time ever) and their first time in three years, since The Doctor’s Orders promoted their debut show in 2013. In 2013, The Doctor's Orders promoted Camp Lo's first ever show in London (shocking, we know). Three years later, and in keeping with tradition, they're back – and The Doctor's Orders are the guys bringing it to you. You lucky so-and-so's. Having formed in 1995, the Bronx natives Geechi Suede and Sonny Cheeba made their debut on the soundtrack to 1996 film Great White Hype, before making real waves with their jazz and funk drenched debut album Uptown Saturday Night in 1997. Including the stone cold classic Luchini (This Is It), this album was a high water mark even during the Golden Age of '90s hip-hop. Although they did not release their second album Let’s Do It Again for five years, they now boast seven full-length albums including the critically acclaimed Black Hollywood and 80 Blocks from Tiffany’s, which was entirely produced by the legendary Pete Rock. These chances to see this incredible group live do not come around often so make sure do not miss out. Over 18s only. Valid ID required.
