The Exhibit Cinema: The Lady In The Van + Dinner

Films, food and flippin' great fun at London's smallest independent cinema

The Exhibit is London's smallest independent cinema. But, for what it lacks in size, it sure as hell makes up for in heart. With an intimate atmosphere, leather sofa seating and attached bar with garden, it really does offer the perfect silver screen experience. Choose a flick from their programme of the best contemporary and classic films, kickback in a sofa, and get ready to fall in love with cinema all over again. For this one, prepare to see Maggie Smith tear it up in The Lady In The Van. The film tells the true story of the relationship between Alan Bennett and Miss Shepherd, a woman of uncertain origins who “temporarily” parked her van in Bennett’s London driveway and proceeded to live there for 15 years. "The movie equivalent of cosying up with a warm buttery crumpet in front of the fire on a winter's day." – Time Out "The joy of the film comes in watching Smith work her magic." – Toronto Star Menu includes: - Truffle chicken burger - Exhibit burger - Curry goat with rice and peas - Braised oxtail and white bean stew - Roast pollock and grilled tiger prawn - Ribeye steak (£5 supplement) Certificate 12A. Runtime: 1 hour 44 minutes. The Exhibit Cinema is an over 21s only cinema. Valid ID required. If you purchase a ticket with inclusive food, these items are only redeemable on the day of the screening for which you are booked and cannot be carried over to another date. Please arrive at least an hour and a half before the film if buying the dining option. Please arrive on time as latecomers may not be admitted and will not be offered refunds. Seating in the cinema is unallocated and works on a first come first served basis. The Exhibit Cinema does not show trailers so aim to start all films at the advertised screening time.
