Save 50 percent when you book this celebration of the NHS through usWHAT IS IT?
A series of monologues at The Old Vic that commemorate 70 years of the NHS – with tickets exclusively discounted for Time Out.
WHEN IS IT?
Monday 25 June, Tuesday 26 June and Friday 29 June.
This year, the National Health Service is 70 years old, and to this day, is regarded across the world as a standard-bearer of public health services. As its founder Aneurin Bevan MP said: ‘No society can legitimately call itself civilised if a sick person is denied medical aid because of lack of means.’
To celebrate the NHS’s birthday, eight monologues, directed by Adrian Lester and curated by Lolita Chakrabarti, have been specially commissioned for the Old Vic. Each monologue will reflect a decade in the life of the NHS, and each evening will feature music performed by Gloria Obianyo.
Book through us, and you’ll save 50 percent on ticket prices – ours start at just £7.50. Don’t miss out on this commemoration of one of Britain’s greatest institutions.
WHAT’S ON THE PROGRAMME?
