The London Cheese Project

Cheese traders, cheese tastings, cheese talks: it’s all here

What is it? Two-for-one tickets to a three-day celebration of cheese at Shoreditch’s Geffrye Museum. When is it? Saturday May 26 to Monday May 28. Why buy? After a spectacular two-day run at the Geffrye Museum in November, the London Cheese Project is making a return across the second Bank Holiday Weekend in May. What to expect? Over 30 of the best artisanal cheese traders will be setting up shop here, amongst them Paxton & Whitfield, England’s oldest cheese shop. There’ll also be an appearance from The Cheese Truck, who’ll be serving up those rich, gooey toasties that have made these folks their name. Bars will be selling craft beer and wine to soak up all that cheesy goodness. The fabulous Culture Club will be holding a series of tutored tastings with cheese aficionado and World Cheese Awards judge Patrick McGuigan, there's a range of special edition cheeses being created just for the festival and there’ll even be a parmesan-versus-cheddar ‘crack off’. Curious? So are we. And with our exclusive two-for-one deal, you can nab a pair of tickets for just £5.50. Get booking, and spend the long weekend in seriously cheesy fashion!
