Join The Players as they recreate the popular BBC programme The Good Old Days, recreating the atmosphere of a traditional music hall, with elegantly waistcoated, gavel-wielding, repartee-versed chairman; beautifully costumed and coiffured ladies and sartorially attired gentlemen.
Acts range from the comic to the tragic, with established professional artistes being supplemented by a bevy of brilliant new artistes, playing with The Players for the first time. Expect lots of familiar choruses to sing, with a magic lantern projecting the words onto a screen above the artistes’ heads.
Please arrive on time as latecomers may not be admitted. Running time: 2 hours.
