This autumn is the Gordan Ramsay Great Truffle Hunt, and to celebrate, the chefs over at Maze have infused the fragrant ingredient into a whole host of dishes – including their unusual but delicious bespoke cocktail, The Autumn Oak Leaf.
Dine on five courses of the best and most innovative truffle dishes around, including a scallop ceviche with truffle, yuzu and caviar, and truffled beef Rossini. For dessert, you'll enjoy a white chocolate and truffle mousse.

- Scallop ceviche with truffle, yuzu and caviar.
- Hen egg with smoked cod, potatoes and truffle.
- Truffled beef rossini with foie gras, cauliflower and Parmesan purèe, truffle.
- Truffled brie on toast.
