Fancy yourself as the next tapas connoisseur? Ann’s Smart School of Cookery is here to help you cook like a Spaniard this summer. In this intimate, hands-on masterclass, you’ll prepare and plate up six classic Spanish dishes – tortilla, patatas bravas, gambas pil pil, albondigas, mushrooms ajillo and a generous pan of paella. You’ll be guided by professional and celebrity-trained chefs, learning insider tips and tricks as you go.

Based in West India Quay, the cookery school has built a cult following over its 18 years – and with good reason. It’s relaxed, welcoming, and packed with foodie know-how. Aprons are provided, and after the class, you’ll receive the full recipes by email so you can recreate the feast at home.

How do I redeem my voucher?

• To redeem please see here for the full list of classes available. You can choose from any of the classes on offer in the timetable. Just enter your voucher code to validate your pass. You will also need to email a copy of your voucher to office@annsmartschool.com showing the voucher, security codes and QR code.
• Please present your voucher upon arrival.
