The War Of The Worlds

A spectacular stage reimagining of the 1978 music phenomenon

Aliens. Interplanetary invasion. A 3D holograph of Liam Neeson. Yup, this ain't your average West End show. The award-winning 1978 album Jeff Wayne's Musical Version Of The War Of The Worlds has been spectacularly reimagined for the stage. Based on the classic sci-fi story by HG Wells, this West End debut features a star cast including David Essex, Jimmy Nail, Daniel Bedingfield and more and music conducted by Jeff Wayne and featuring The Black Smoke Band and the ULLAdubULLA strings. Make no doubt about it – this is going to be out of this world. The Dominion opened in 1929 with an American musical comedy on golf by De Sylvia Brown and Henderson called Follow Through (Follow Thru on Broadway) with not much success. The same can't be argued about the current state of the theatre, as sold-out performances are a common theme for this London-favourite. "This adaptation once again captivated its audience through the power of its orchestra and iconic narration." – The Journal All ticket prices for War Of The Worlds are inclusive of booking fees: YPlan will not charge you any additional amounts for your tickets. When booking tickets, you can pick your seat from the seatmap once you've selected a date. For your comfort and security, you may be subject to additional checks on your visit to London theatres.
