Picture a group of handsome, tanned and off-duty American sailors having fun on the deck of a battleship in the 1940s. You are? Well they were probably playing shuffleboard. Henry VIII and his beard loved it. Now kids from Shoreditch and their beards love it. London's opening its doors to this brand new venture in October, and The Yacht Week have gone ahead and booked out all eight shuffleboard courts, two bars and a food court to celebrate the occasion. There'll be a custom made cocktail menu, Americana food and more craft beers than you have fingers; you can even expect Prosecco served from a vintage motorbike and sidecar. Come early to enjoy your two free drinks, learn the rules and revel in some Yacht Week tunes. We'll see you there. Over 18s only. Valid ID required. Games begin: 4pm.
