Two tickets to The National Gallery’s new exhibition showcasing some of Thomas Cole’s epic landscapes from America.
Starting out as a self-taught artist from Bolton, Thomas Cole has emerged as one of the greatest American landscape artists of his generation, using his incredible art to protest the destruction of the natural world.
This exhibition is a rare chance to see Cole’s incredible works, including his masterpiece ‘Oxbow’ and his awe-inspiring portrayals of Eden showing the force of nature. There will also be work from some of Cole’s influencers Turner, Martin and Constable on show.

The exhibition runs until the 7th of October.
Open daily 10am – 6pm (last admission 5.15pm).
Friday Lates until 9pm (last admission 8.15pm).
