This restaurant marks a return to London’s dining scene for Chef Tong, who previously showcased his culinary expertise in Singaporean and Malaysian restaurants and later earned acclaim at Hakkasan when the restaurant received its Michelin star. Now, he stands as a prominent figure at Gouqi, curating elevated and refined dishes using techniques and ingredients from across China. • Minimum booking of two people is required, one voucher per person.
