Salt & Plum is serving up a menu of delicious Aegean cuisine from its home in Hammersmith, giving you the chance to experience authentic flavours inspired by childhood menus of Turkish cooking. What's on the menu?

Unlimited meze 

Muhammara – savoury dip made with walnuts, red bell peppers, pomegranate molasses, tahini and breadcrumbs 

Saksuka – aubergine, peppers and onions simmered in a tomato sauce Cacik –

Turkish yogurt mixed with cucumber, garlic, olive oil and mint Hummus – chickpeas blended with tahini, lemon juice and garlic 

Beetroot and yogurt – baked beetroot blended with yogurt, garlic and garnished with parsley 

Babaganoush – light roasted aubergine, pepper, olive oil, yogurt and tahini mixed with house seasoning 

Antalya piyazi – white beans parsley, onions and tomato combined with tahini, lemon juice and vinegar

Pamukkale peppers with smoked yogurt 

Hummus with pastirma Aegean house fries 

Halloumi with cheery tomato

Kusbasi pide – diced leg of lamb, green pepper, paprika, tomato, cheese and spices 

Trabzon pide – minced lamb, onion, herb and cheese 

Roasted vegetable pide – aubergine, courgette, paprika, onions, tomato with cheese and herbs Chicken and hellim pide – roasted chicken halloumi and tomato drizzeled with honey and herbs 

Sucuk pide – garlic beef sausage, pepper, cheese and parsley 

Tulum and kasar cheese pide

Slow cooked lamb shoulder Topkapi chicken – boneless chicken thighs stuff with cinnamon rice, black current and pine nuts
