Muhammara – savoury dip made with walnuts, red bell peppers, pomegranate molasses, tahini and breadcrumbs
Saksuka – aubergine, peppers and onions simmered in a tomato sauce Cacik –
Turkish yogurt mixed with cucumber, garlic, olive oil and mint Hummus – chickpeas blended with tahini, lemon juice and garlic
Beetroot and yogurt – baked beetroot blended with yogurt, garlic and garnished with parsley
Babaganoush – light roasted aubergine, pepper, olive oil, yogurt and tahini mixed with house seasoning
Antalya piyazi – white beans parsley, onions and tomato combined with tahini, lemon juice and vinegar
