This series of events is curated by Miranda York – founder of Toast, an events company and creative platform that celebrates the ideas and stories behind food and drink.
Haven't got those creative juices flowing in a while? Failing to do anything productive outside of working hours? Here's your chance to make a change. Learn the art of crafting a spoon from reclaimed timber in this intimate and specialised Slow Living Workshop with woodworker Sophie Sellu of Grain & Knot. You'll learn the safest way to use wood-carving knives and leave with your very own spoon. A kit of sandpaper and a homemade wood balm will be given to continue to care for your spoon when you get home.
11am-1:30pm. Tickets include all workshop materials, plus snacks and drinks from the Slow Food & Living Market.
Location
The Living Room, Rosewood London
