Tomoaki Yoshida is hot stuff in the classical music world. The first-prize winner of several international competitions, he has studied his craft in Paris, Rome and Salzburg and represents a new trend of Japanese musicians cultivated in the best of the European traditions. Considered to be one of the most established names of his generation, he'll be joined by the prominent critic Bryce Morrison, who will compare and contrast Japanese musical education to European and what each can learn from the other.
