Salud! This is the perfect way for you to up your dinner party game. Ann’s Smart School of Cookery is giving you the chance to unleash your inner Ferran Adrià at this two-hour workshop. You’ll be taught by an expert chef, pick up insider tricks and cook up a storm in an informal and relaxed setting. Everything you need will be provided, all the ingredients are fresh and the class itself is accessible to all skill levels. On the menu, you’ve got gambas al pil pil prawns, patatas bravas, tortilla, traditional paella and champinones al ajillo garlic mushrooms. Master them all and you’re sure to blow your mates away with a hearty Spanish tapas feast.
