Udderbelly 2016: Andy Zaltzman's Political Animal – Election Special

An election night special from of Britain's best satirists

Udderbelly is back, and this year it's bigger than ever. With a mammoth 15-week run, get ready for an extravaganza of music, comedy and all manner of entertainment, all inside the festival's iconic, upside-down purple cow on the South Bank. Political Animal, “the best political comedy gig out there” (Time Out), comes to the Udderbelly Festival to bring a satirical eye to a very naughty planet. The show is hosted by Andy Zaltzman, “firmly in the vanguard of British stand-up” (BBC). Past guest appearances include Frankie Boyle, Daniel Kitson, Stewart Lee, Jeremy Hardy, Chris Addison, Russell Howard and Richard Herring. Andy is known as one half of the global smash hit topical podcast The Bugle, which he hosted alongside John Oliver. His most recent show, Satirist for Hire, plays monthly to a full house at the Soho Theatre and has been described as “deliciously daft and occasionally Pythonesque” (Evening Standard). He also performs regularly on BBC Radio 4’s The Now Show and BBC Radio 5’s 7 Day Saturday. Join Andy on this showing of Political Animal for an Election Night special, covering all the local elections news, but most importantly, the London Mayoral seat. Age certificate: PG. Valid ID is required for ticket collection. Ticket sales are final and bookings cannot be amended, exchanged or refunded (unless of course the performance is cancelled). All listed offers are subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time.
