With John Deakin's ability to capture human moments perfectly it’s not hard to see why he's one of the greats. Soho in the ‘50s and early ‘60s was a hotbed for creative activity. Deakin captured the likes of Francis Bacon, Lucian Freud and Dylan Thomas as well as the everyday faded glamour of Soho’s venues. A slice of pretty stylish and arresting history.
