Basement Galley Head Chef Alex Cooper is a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu School, Paris, training under some of France’s top chefs. He has worked at the AA-Rosette winning Rufflets Hotel in Scotland, two Michelin Star Sketch on Conduit Street, was consultant chef at the brand new restaurant startup in Clapton and now works as a private chef all over the capital. Alex is joined by Chef Shiann Stuiver having previously worked at Michelin-starred Soho’s Pollen Street Social and Plateau in Canary Wharf. FAQ: Do you cater for dietary requirements? Yes.
