Get a taste of the New York bottomless brunch without leaving London this Valentine's Day. Make Believe have partnered with partnered with Veuve Clicquot Rich and Belvedere Vodka to hold a delicious brunch in the Private Members Club at Beaufort House Chelsea. With a delicious menu, unlimited champagne or Bloody Mary's, entertainment from the performance collective The Girly Show and DJs and dancing afterwards until 6pm, this is a real taste of the high life. Set brunch menu: - Granola with yoghurt - Fresh fruit salad - Smashed avocado on rye bread - Tomato, mozzarella and avocado salad - Bagel with smoked salmon, avocado and cream cheese - Mixed quinoa salad - Chicken Caesar salad - Loch Fynne smoked salmon with scrambled eggs - Eggs royale - Eggs Benedict Dessert: - Mini trio of crème brûlée, chocolate mousse and a chocolate dipped strawberry - Selection of artisan cheeses Veuve Clicquot Rich was created expressly to be combined with a selection of ingredients that bring out the "Clicquologist" in anyone. The signature notes of the wine are magnified by the presence of selected ingredients: pineapple, grapefruit zest, cucumber, celery, peppers or tea, all on the rocks. We will open our doors to our Private Members Club at 12pm where you’ll be greeted with one of our signature Bloody Mary's or a glass of Bucks Fizz and then seated at your table.
