London's biggest arts festival is returning: make your way underground for six weeks of creativity, innovation and chaos at Vault Festival. With more than 100 different shows spread across eight incredible venues, you're not going to find anything else like it above or below ground any time soon. Discover Night At The Theatre: a family festival of spectacular underground shows and events for families and a simply magical world for under 11s. There'll be circus, magic, theatre, comedy, storytelling, games, live music, interactive installations, face painting, a baby space and more. The 2016 programme includes the stunning Pirates of the Carabina, a new show commission from Trygve Wakenshaw, poetry with Roger McGough and installations by Tim Spooner and Fevered Sleep. We have a new baby offer, with an under 3s dance show from Lithuania and free soft play. Stay and play all day with pirates, clowns, magicians and jellyfish! Dance to an exquisite line-up of DJs and bands, and get involved with amazing art adventures, and try something bonkers like beatboxing or family palm reading, all in the magnificent maze of caves and caverns under Waterloo station. Night at the Theatre will spark the imagination of children, enable them to explore movement and encourage them to believe they can do anything in life. Discover the amazing things that can happen, the many different things that dance can be and even make your own moves and help create Night At The Theatre.
