Vault Festival 2016: Selkie

The Scottish folk tale performed as a narrative concert

London's biggest arts festival is returning: make your way underground for six weeks of creativity, innovation and chaos at Vault Festival. With more than 100 different shows spread across eight incredible venues, you're not going to find anything else like it above or below ground any time soon. Sealionwoman stage the Selkie folk tale of a shape shifting seal-human as a narrative concert of Scottish traditionals, and their own music. Performed with contrabass, vocals, and live sound-manipulation. Show takes place in the Cavern space. Running time is approximately 60 minutes. The venue entrance is in a graffiti tunnel under Waterloo and can be a bit tricky to find, so give yourself good time to get there.
