One river, one day, 300 boats. There's a lot to take in at The Great River Race, which runs from Milwall to Ham. Along the way, thousands gather to cheer on the boatsmen and women piloting vessels of all sizes. Pack a picnic, pick a spot and savour the world's greatest, zaniest and most exciting river marathon. This event is free and entry is on a first come first served basis, so it can't be guaranteed. We need your card details to store the event information in your profile, but rest assured, we won't charge you a penny. The event starts at Millwall Riverside at 9:30am and reaches Ham House, Richmond, around 3:40pm.
