At times funny, poignant, sad and heart wrenching, Where Do Little Birds Go tells the story of a teenage girl’s dramatic loss of innocence when she leaves her small town lured by the bright hopes of 1960’s London and finds herself ensnared by the notorious Kray twins.
“That day in the pub, the day I first saw them, they were dressed identically. Dark wool coats, smart hats. The whole pub went quiet.”
We are taken from the small town in Hampshire to the Blind Beggar Pub on Vallance Road in the East End, onto Winston’s Nightclub in Mayfair and to a dingy flat in Barking….where her innocence is totally shattered.
Over 14s only. Valid ID may be required. Runtime: 60 minutes.
