What is it?

Winter may be wonderful, but it's also got the potential to be bloomin’ stressful. When you need a minute away from everything, this event at Samsung KX is ready for you. Using the top-notch Samsung watches to track your relaxation levels, this session will blend floor-based yin and restorative yoga postures to encourage relaxation, space and opening. That'll be followed by vibrations from instruments, like a sansula or gong, to create rich musical tones that’ll leave you feeling refreshed. It’s sure to help you return to form after a jam-packed party season.

Need to know:

• Your ticket is valid for one entry to Yin Yoga & Soothing Sound session with the Refinery at Samsung KX on Tuesday December 6.
• Please choose the correct date at check out. Please present your e-ticket on arrival. Ticket is only valid for selected time and date.
• The event starts promptly at 7pm and lasts approx. 60 minutes.

• Please bring your own yoga mat if possible; spare mats will be available if required.
• Please also bring a blanket to feel comfortable for the sounds session.
