Amid weird fears about black holes and the end of the world, the Large Hadron Collider captured people's imaginations like no other scientific instrument before. This documentary follows the technological quest to discover more about our universe in a meaningful way, involving 100,000 people from more than 100 countries. Showing in Science Museum's IMAX Theatre – and with no other scheduled UK screenings – this could be a one-off opportunity.
Seating allocated on arrival. Includes a preview of the Collider exhibition from 6pm, with re-entry to the exhibition before 2 May, plus a Q&A with the director and stars. Screening starts at 7:15pm.
