Instead of the picture being a structured perspective, where your eye is expected to go in certain directions, it’s a field, and you wander sonically over the field. – Brian Eno
An engaging audio-visual evening that combines the magic of new films with the liveness of improvised music!
Led by musicians Robert Howat and Danny Trouton, each month will see an ever-evolving ensemble create semi-improvised soundtracks for new films. In conversation after the film, the musicians, film-makers, and audience members will discuss their experiences of the music and film – creating an open dialogue for evolution of new ideas and collaborations.
